Agent needs to provide the following documents for each property:
- Residential Property Management Agreement
- Residential Tenancy Agreement
- Tenancy Ledger
Crossub will conduct inspection, calculate rent payment date, and take care of the rest.
What is the new listing hand-over procedure?
Crossub Account Manager will set up an appointment for data migration. Agent needs to provide the following documents for each property:
- Residential Property Management Agreement
- Residential Tenancy Agreement (Including lease extension)
- Tenancy Ledger
- Tenant Information
- Inspection Report (Ingoing inspection is REQUIRED. Routine Inspection reports are optional)
- Document Templates (Tenancy Agreement, Lease Extension, Tenancy Application, etc.)
- Email Signature Template
