NO. Crossub will never touch the Bond. The property agent or the tenant is legally required to lodge the bond directly through Rental Bonds Online (RBO).
What is the maintenance/repair procedure?
Crossub works closely with a network of trusted tradies. When Crossub receives maintenance/repair request from tenants, Crossub maintenance team will get 3 quotations from our partner tradies for the agent to report to the landlord. Once approved, Crossub will arrange and monitor the job to be done.
